Legal Agreement

1) Definitions :
"Web site" : The term shall indicate "www.playxboxonline.com".
"Card" or "Code" : These terms shall indicate the 25 digit number which will be sent to the buyer's preferred (specified when asked) or Paypal payment e-mail address which shall activate "X-Box Gold Services" provided by "Microsoft" or any other related company for the purchased product's specified term. (Example : "1 Month Code" shall activate the relevant services for 1 month.)
"Buyer" : The term shall indicate the person who wants to make use of the web site's services.
"Paypal" : The term shall indicate the Paypal account (bcaweb@bcaweb.net) of the web-site. For more information about Paypal : www.paypal.com
"Play X-Box Online" : The term shall indicate the web site.

2) Buyer Responsibilities :
a) Buyer shall pay the requested amount for the product to "Play X-Box Online" via Paypal.
b) Buyer shall provide the correct information such as e-mail address to Play X-Box Online.
c) Buyer shall accept the legal agreement in order to proceed to purchase.
d) Buyer shall accept that Play X-Box Online does not accept returns.
e) As 3-b indicates that the seller will not send any out-of-action product's, buyer can not complain about ineligibility of the code.
f) Buyer shall accept that if buyer wants a refund for a code that has not been delivered before "Play X-Box Live 7-Day Promise" time is over (7 days), the refund will be 80%. (If the buyer has not received his/her code after 7 days, a 100% refund will be issued.

3) Seller (Web site) Responsibilities :
a) Web site indicates that the product will be sent immediately; however in some cases the code could be sent late; because of the incompetence of the stocks. Seller shall send the codes within 7 days after purchase. Otherwise 100% refund is guaranteed.
b) Seller's products shall not be "pre-owned" or "out-of-action".
